Years ago our paths crossed in the HR world. We each worked with our own teams and clients, but we shared the same fire: entrepreneurship with passion, focus on results and always with respect for the person behind the resume.
After that first collaboration our careers each went in a different direction. We gathered knowledge, insights and stories along the way: Our rich background that we carry with us today.
What remained was the connection between the three of us and the dream to build something together someday. In the spring of 2025 we decided to further shape that dream.
While we caught up on plans for the future, the concept for Beyond Talent grew: a partner that helps organizations grow with a personal approach and a fresh perspective on HR.
Today we combine our experience to help companies move forward. We support in finding the right people and offer practical HR support – useful for entrepreneurs and SMEs who want to strengthen their HR foundation. This way we build sustainable growth together: with the right people, a solid HR foundation and room for future plans.
