Edith Reyskens

More than 25 years ago I started my HR career in the temporary employment sector. There I discovered how important it is to not only match on competencies, but also on the right fit with the company. In the years that followed I grew in various HR roles. I focused on onboarding trajectories, onboarding and feedback cycles and supported managers with soft-HR issues. Thanks to that experience I can quickly bring structure to HR processes, without losing sight of the human aspect. During my career I worked among other things on Employer-Branding campaigns and guided organizations in choosing a permanent temporary employment partner, with roadmap and fixed KPIs. I bring that experience today as an additional asset alongside my broad HR expertise. At Beyond Talent I use this experience to guide candidates and clients to the right match – where people are central and there is room for development and connection. I believe that every successful hire begins with genuine attention to people – and that's exactly where Beyond Talent makes the difference.

Lore Weerts
Co-Founder
I bring more than 25 years of experience in recruitment, talent and HR management to Beyond Talent. After a career in the recruitment world, automotive, aviation and metal sector, among others, I built a solid reputation with my own company ceHRtus as a broadly deployable freelance HR Manager and HR BP. I am described as energetic, results-oriented, with a strong focus on sustainable relationships, quality and responding to a rapidly changing HR world in all its facets. Driven by my passion for people and the business world, I help organizations find the right balance between business objectives and human wellbeing. I develop partnerships between employer and employee so that both achieve their goals, and combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach. Within Beyond Talent I combine this broad expertise and entrepreneurial spirit with two partners to sustainably connect companies and people. This means approaching recruitment and HR services differently. It's all about the talent, the motivation of candidates and employees and their cultural fit within a company.

Lies Verbeeck
Co-Founder
My 25-year career brought me along various exciting challenges as a manager within HR and various service sectors. Since 2021 I focus more as a freelancer on all tools and processes that help a company be successful. I completed various training courses in project management, IT management and Business Analysis and am a self-taught data analyst with a great preference for Tableau and Excel. With vision, analytical sharpness and business experience I now look at the world of HR and recruitment again. In my approach I combine strategic thinking with pragmatic solutions, and I believe in sustainable partnerships that seamlessly blend talent and company culture. At Beyond Talent I monitor strategic choices, shape processes and ensure we have all the resources to successfully match the right candidate with the right company.
